The hotel location is very convenient as it is near the port. The service was friendly. Breakfast included various choices of high quality food. I liked Cava!
Some staff members were impatient. I found the older staff difficult. The gym only opens from 10 am until 7 pm. I hoped for longer hours.

the hotel has a great location on the boardwalk. walks along the coast was lovely in both directions. i had a superior sea view room and it was quite big. the balcony was lovely and had an amazing view.
the bathroom had a terrible smell. i complained multiple times and it was not resolved. the staff said i could change rooms but it would be separate beds. facilities are not 4 stars communal toilets stink and are dirty by 10am.

The junior suite was massive. It had a fridge, a settee and a coffee maker. complimentary water was also there! the modern bathroom had bath robes and toiletries. rooms were serviced in the morning. Later, a maid brought chocolates, water and fresh towels.
guests reserved sun loungers with towels and the loungers remained unused for hours. i think the hotel should operate a policy like cruise companies. if a lounger remains unused after an hour, the items should be removed.

the room was spacious. it had a lovely view to the side of the hotel, overlooking the next door pool. the room had plenty of space. the beds felt soft and very confortable to sleep during the night.

the pool area included many sun loungers .
the gym was difficult to find and poorly air-conditioned. the treadmills felt slightly wonky. the gym mats looked filthy. i found these issues quite disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard.

Amazing Stay!

This hotel is lavish both inside and out I noticed it has three swimming pools with lifeguards on duty I had booked an Ocean view Junior suite it was massive with a fridge, a settee, a coffee maker and complimentary water. The modern bathroom had bathrobes and toiletries I noted rooms are serviced immaculately in the morning. In the Lobby I found vending machines stocked with practically anything you could need in an emergency!
The only slight issue was guests reserving sun loungers with towels then leaving them unused for hours I suggest adopting a policy to remove items from loungers unused for an hour That would improve fairness for everyone

The hotel features three well maintained swimming pools that each include on-duty lifeguards These pools offer ample space for swimming and relaxation I saw guests taking advantage of them throughout the day.
